Here is what Head Coach Kristen Hepp had to share about the teams performances, "This week has been the most challenging week of training this entire season, so I knew our team was feeling the cumulative fatigue. That being said, we've been working on resilience and mental toughness this year, and it's paying off in dividends. Each meet is an opportunity to learn, improve and work on refining technique, and our team has really adopted a growth mindset this year. This meet was a good confidence builder, since they are learning that they can still swim fast and dive well when they're tired. It's hard to believe we only have one more meet until we do a short taper for our mid-season invite. The team impressed me with their attitudes this weekend, and I cannot wait for what is to come!"
