Sophomore (2018)

• Ran a 26:18 (4.75 Miles) to finish in 62nd place at the GRCC Raider Invitational (Sept. 22) • Opened at the 8,000-meter Calvin Knight Invitational (Sept. 8), crossing in 133rd at 27:28.

Freshman (2017)

  • Finished 151st with a time of 28:22 in the 8,000-meter event at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (Oct. 21) at Riverside Park• Placed 83rd out of 214 at the MCC Jayhawk Invitational (Oct. 13), crossing the finish line in 28:11 •  Placed 76th out of 178 at the Bethel College Invitational (Oct. 6), crossing the finish line in 28:18 • Made his Aquinas debut at the 8,000-meter Calvin Knight Invitational (Sept. 9), crossing in 120th at 27:59

High School: Prepped at Traverse City Central High School under head coach John Lober. Team captain of the Trojan XC squad during his senior season. Earned second team all-conference honors senior year in the Big North Conference. In Track, was six times All-Conference and All-Region and two times All-state including a highest finish of 6th place in the MHSAA Division I 800 meters. Also played soccer freshman year and ran sprints during the track season before making the transition to being a full time distance runner. Was also an honor roll student the past three years.
