Meet Results

High School: Beginning at Lowell High School, team captain of the XC squad during his senior season. Ran varsity track all four years under head coaches Robin Briggs and Paul Judd as well as 3 years of cross country under head coach Clay Vanderwarf. Was a member of the school band and Science Olympiad team.

Personal: Son of Ethan and Sheila Karns. Brother to Gavan, and Ezra Karns, and Kendal Kiser. Majoring in Health Science. Enjoys biking, hiking, gaming, dogs, and working with kids.
