High School: Prepped at Hesperia High School under head track coach John Patrick. Earned all-conference honors all 4 years of high school in the Central State Activities Association Conference. All-state and academic all-state for DIII with a highest finish of state champion in the high jump. Also played varsity football, basketball, and ran varsity cross country. Was a member of the National Honor Society, Student Government, Principal Advisory Council, College Ambassadors, and Honor Band.

Personal: Son of Mark and Amy McKeown. Brother to Joe. Majoring in Biology with a focus to attend dental school. Enjoys playing guitar, watching movies, taking vacations, and boating.
