Aquinas College

Sophomore Zoey Laga continues her career with the Aquinas Dance Team while pursuing a degree in Clinical Exercise Science. Since arriving at Aquinas, Laga has added NAIA Third Team All-American honors to an already impressive résumé that includes four All-Academic Team selections, three Scholar Athlete honors and seven Superior Ribbons through NDA/UDA competition.

Laga has danced for 17 years, including 10 years of competitive studio dance and four years of varsity dance. She helped Aquinas continue its national success while also earning recognition as one of the program's standout performers. She chose Aquinas because of its outstanding Clinical Exercise Science program and the opportunity to compete with one of the nation's premier dance teams.

Zoey believes building lifelong friendships and becoming involved on campus will define her Aquinas experience. Away from dance, she enjoys teaching younger dancers, watching Dancing with the Stars, and listening to artists such as Tate McRae and KATSEYE.
