Biography
Clinton Township, Mich. | Clinical Exercise Science
Zoey Laga joins the Saints with an impressive competitive résumé and academic credentials. A four-time All-Academic Team selection and three-time Scholar Athlete, Laga has earned seven Superior Ribbons through NDA/UDA competition. She was named an NDA All-American and captured the NDA Top Gun Hip Hop title.
As a member of the Fraser Varsity Dance Team, she helped her Jazz routine place 23rd nationally at NDA Nationals in 2024 and was a two-time NDA semifinalist. Laga has 16 years of dance experience, including nine years of competitive studio dance and four years on varsity at Fraser High School.
She chose Aquinas for its Clinical Exercise Science program as she pursues a future career as a physical therapist, along with the opportunity to compete on the AQ Dance Team. Laga looks forward to meeting new people and embracing every opportunity that comes her way. Outside of dance, she enjoys music, creating YouTube content, trying new foods, and watching Dancing with the Stars. A fun fact: she once broke her arm attempting a left aerial.
