Aquinas College

Giovanni Cantillo enters his junior year at Aquinas after graduating from Grand River Preparatory High School in 2024. A First Team All-Conference selection, Cantillo played four years of varsity soccer and developed his game through four years with Midwest United and one season with Rapids FC. He also helped capture the 2023 Jaguars Invitational championship.

Cantillo chose Aquinas because of the support and resources he experienced throughout the recruiting process, along with an academic program that allows him to pursue a career in accounting. He plans to make full use of opportunities through TRIO SSS, CORE and the Advantage Center as he prepares for internships and his professional future. Away from soccer, Cantillo enjoys fishing and traveling to different parts of the world.
