Aquinas College

Carson Wood begins his Aquinas career after an outstanding career at Sparta High School, where he established himself as one of the area's top distance runners. An Accounting major, Wood earned six All-Conference selections, four All-Region honors, three Academic All-State awards, while helping his teams capture four conference championships and a regional title.

After spending six years competing at the varsity level and also playing basketball, Wood chose Aquinas because of the people and the opportunity to become part of the Saints family. He is excited to build lifelong friendships, create unforgettable memories, and continue growing both personally and athletically.

Carson believes success isn't measured only by results but by leaving Aquinas as a happier and better person than when he arrived. Away from running, he enjoys playing and watching sports, works as a manager at Wendy's, and is one of six siblings.
