2026 Men's Cross Country Roster
Biography
Fred Moreau returns for his senior season with the Aquinas Cross Country and Track & Field programs as he prepares to complete both his collegiate career and his degree in Psychology. A graduate of Lansing Catholic High School, Moreau has spent six years competing in cross country and track & field between high school and college, continuing to develop through dedication and consistency.
Fred is excited to graduate, begin the next chapter of his life, and pursue a career where he can positively impact others. He believes understanding, patience, and responsibility are the qualities that have made his Aquinas experience meaningful while preparing him for success beyond graduation.
Away from competition, Fred enjoys working out, watching anime, and collecting memorabilia featuring some of his favorite characters.
