Aquinas College

Joe Treadwell enters his sophomore season with Aquinas Cross Country after taking an unconventional route into distance running. A graduate of Lansing Catholic, Treadwell is entering just his fourth year as a runner after previously competing as a wrestler.

An Accounting major, Treadwell chose Aquinas for its combination of an affordable, quality education and the opportunity to continue competing in a sport he loves as part of a strong program.

Treadwell defines success through hard work and consistency, qualities he looks to carry into both academics and athletics. Away from running, he has another talent that could come in handy during team downtime — he can juggle.
