Junior (2018)

• Ran a 25:33 (4.75 Miles) to finish in 29th place at the GRCC Raider Invitational (Sept. 22) • Opened at the 8,000-meter Calvin Knight Invitational (Sept. 8), crossing in 81st at 26:56.

Sophomore (2017)

 • Ran to a 36th-place finish in 26:50 to help the Saints place 3rd place at the WHAC Championships at Riverside Park  • Finished 149th with a time of 28:16 in the 8,000-meter event at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (Oct. 21) at Riverside Park• Placed 50th out of 214 at the MCC Jayhawk Invitational (Oct. 13), crossing the finish line in 27:26 •  Placed 77th out of 178 at the Bethel College Invitational (Oct. 6), crossing the finish line in 28:20 • Opened at the 8,000-meter Calvin Knight Invitational (Sept. 9), crossing in 122nd at 28:00

Freshman (2016)

• Ran to a 84th-place finish in 29:41 to help the Saints place 4th at the WHAC Championships at Riverside Park. • Finished 155th with a time of 28:08 in the 8,000-meter event at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (Oct. 22) at Riverside Park. •  Placed 80th out of 189 at the MCC Jayhawk Invitational (Oct. 14), crossing the finish line in 27:54.•  Placed 68th out of 151 at the Bethel College Invitational (Oct. 7), crossing the finish line in 27:26. •  Ran a 27:18 to finish in 12th place at the GRCC Raider Invitational (Sept. 23). • Made his Aquinas debut at the 8,000-meter UW-Parkside Midwest Open (Sept. 10), crossing 84th in 28:12

High school: Attended Rockford High School under coach Andy Martin and Josh Miller. Earned All-Conference my senior year in the OK Red conference for cross country and Most Improved Runner team awards. I earned All-Conference, All-State, and All-American honors my senior year of track and field. I also played varsity lacrosse for three year and earned All-Conference honors senior year.

Personal: Son of Peter and Christine MacGregor. I am majoring in Education. I enjoy running, hanging with friends and family, kayaking, and playing sports.
