Aquinas College

Grand Rapids native, McCoy DenHartigh is majoring in Business Administration and has carved out a strong collegiate career on the links. Prior to Aquinas, he played at Grand Rapids Community College, where he was part of a NJCAA Conference Championship team and earned NJCAA First Team All-Academic recognition. With more than 18 years of golf experience and three years of college competition under his belt, DenHartigh also competed as a varsity tennis player during his high school years at Grandville. He chose Aquinas for its balance of academic opportunities and competitive golf, seeing it as a place where he could grow on and off the course. As he nears graduation, DenHartigh values the journey and remains motivated by reaching that milestone. One of his favorite movies is The Iron Claw.
