Biography
Grand Rapids native Ja’Vani Overstreet joins Aquinas from East Kentwood High School, Class of 2029. Standing 5’10” and weighing 225 pounds, Overstreet plays flanker (6) and brings a wealth of multi-sport experience. In addition to earning All-Conference honors in rugby, he played football for 13 years, advancing to the playoffs, and competed in track, helping his team to a state title. He has played varsity rugby since his first year with Kentwood Rugby Club. Overstreet chose AQ for the chance to win under Coach Lance and prides himself on being a competitor in every sport he plays. Off the field, he enjoys relaxing and “just chilling.”
