Aquinas College

San Juan Capistrano, California, native Lars Andersen joins Aquinas from the Class of 2025. A 6’0”, 280-pound tight head prop, Andersen brings a strong résumé of high-level rugby experience. He competed for multiple clubs, including the South Orange County Raptors, Middleton Area Rugby Club, and the Wisconsin Badger Selects program, while also training with the Rhinos 10s program. At Triton High School, he was part of teams that won the California State Championship and a Tier 2 National Championship. In addition to rugby, Andersen also played football and wrestled at the varsity level. Excited to combine rugby with academics, he plans to remain consistent in both areas to achieve success at Aquinas. Off the field, he enjoys fishing.
