Aquinas College

Bryce Hopson hails from Lafayette, Indiana, and is studying Biology with a focus in Zoology. A four-year varsity swimmer at Harrison High School, Hopson earned Academic Excellence honors all four years and placed among the top three at sectionals in the 100 breaststroke. Competing with both Harrison and Boilermaker Aquatics, he helped his team capture the 2024 and 2025 NCC and sectional championships. Bryce chose Aquinas for its academic opportunities and as a stepping stone toward his goal of competing among the fastest swimmers in the world. He describes himself as a “big animation nerd” who loves art, gaming, and trying new foods — and his favorite color is, in fact, purple.
