Abby Nieswender brings an accomplished and versatile athletic background to Aquinas. A three-time All-Conference, three-time All-District, and two-time All-Region selection in softball, she also earned Academic All-State honors in both softball and volleyball. Her teams captured conference, district, and regional championships during her high school career.

Nieswender has 15 years of softball experience, including four varsity seasons, along with 11 years of volleyball and six years of basketball. She competed at the travel level with Next Level Performance and Michigan Classics.

She is excited about the opportunities Aquinas provides to try new things, meet new people, and continue growing as both a student and athlete. She defines success as stepping outside her comfort zone and embracing new experiences.
