Biography

Demetrius Baxter Jr. enters his sophomore year with Aquinas Men's Volleyball bringing championship experience and five years of development in the sport. A Psychology major with minors in Coaching and Journalism, Baxter competed with Aspire and Victory during his club career and was part of conference and regional championship teams along with a state runner-up finish. Now teammates at Aquinas with fellow Highland High School product Joe Hodgson, Baxter enters his second collegiate season motivated to prove his worth and defines success simply—winning. Away from volleyball, he enjoys creating short films and remains a strong believer that French toast deserves a prominent place on any menu.
