Aquinas College

From Rockford, Michigan, Langston Korte will join the Aquinas men’s volleyball program as part of the Class of 2025. A graduate of Rockford High School, Korte is majoring in Secondary Education with a minor still to be decided. He leaves behind a decorated prep career as a four-year varsity player—the first in Rockford boys volleyball history—earning All-Conference First Team and All-State honors as a senior, along with team MVP recognition. Korte helped guide Rockford to conference and regional championships in three consecutive seasons (sophomore through senior year). He also played for Impact Boys Volleyball Club and Grand Rapids Boys Volleyball Club, while previously competing in tennis and spending over a decade in soccer before transitioning fully to volleyball. Langston is eager to meet new people, make lasting friendships, and discover his passion both on and off the court. He defines success at Aquinas by the memories he’ll create and the personal growth he’ll experience. In his free time, he enjoys playing beach volleyball and spending time with his black fluffy cat named Gus.
