Aquinas College

Matt Houseman is in his fourth season on the coaching staff. Prior to Aquinas, he was the head coach at Muskegon Community College for eight years and guided the Jayhawks to a National Championship in 2010. In addition to his work on the Aquinas staff, Coach Houseman also co-owns and runs Blue Chip Softball which puts on youth softball camps and tournaments here in Michigan. In addition, he coaches two teams in the Folds of Honor travel program.  He also co-owns and runs Next Level Players softball and baseball training center in Muskegon.

He resides in Muskegon with his wife Heidi and has a son Jake and three daughters Emma, Megan, and Mattie. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
