Aubrey Hummel brings a unique athletic journey and a passion for sustainability to Aquinas. A 2024 All-Conference performer, Hummel spent eight years as a competitive gymnast, earning regional champion honors before transitioning to cheer during her junior year of high school. Her gymnastics background provides strength, flexibility, and technical precision that elevate her performance on the mat.

Hummel chose Aquinas for its beautiful campus and shared commitment to environmental sustainability, aligning with her academic focus in Environmental Science. She defines success during her time at AQ as continuing to grow both as a student and as an athlete while making the most of her collegiate experience.

A fun tradition of hers includes watching every Harry Potter movie whenever she travels internationally — a ritual that has become part of her adventures abroad.
