Ayla Schneider joins Aquinas with strong leadership experience and a deep background in competitive cheer. She earned All-Conference honors in high school and competed in three years of varsity sideline cheer and three years of varsity competitive cheer at Fremont High School. In addition, Schneider served as an assistant coach for both the varsity sideline and competitive teams, gaining valuable leadership and mentorship experience early in her career.

She chose Aquinas for the strength of the Cheer program, the Psychology major, and the welcoming campus community. Schneider is excited to continue her cheer career while surrounding herself with supportive teammates and faculty. She defines success at AQ as continuing to grow in her sport while building meaningful relationships.

Outside of cheer, she enjoys country and rock music, her favorite color is green, and she proudly embraces life as an only child.
