Cassidy Rowland brings determination and heart to Aquinas Cheer. With 14 years of cheer experience, including four years at the varsity level in high school, Rowland has built a foundation of commitment and perseverance that continues to define her athletic journey.

She lives by the mindset: “If something knocks you down, get up and keep pushing because there’s someone who wishes they could be where you are.” That perspective reflects her resilience, especially after overcoming multiple high-risk surgeries without allowing them to derail her dream of continuing in the sport she loves. Rowland chose Aquinas with the goal of building lifelong relationships and pursuing her Nursing degree while competing at the collegiate level.

Her story is one of grit, gratitude, and unwavering determination.
