Sapak graduated from Aquinas in 2020 with a bachelors in communication. Sapak joins the coaching staff after competing from 2016-2019 and completing her final year of coursework as a student manager. 

Emily was a team captain during her senior season in 2019 and helped to lead the team to their first national appearance.Â
