Aquinas College

Anna Bartz joins Aquinas Bowling as a graduate student after an accomplished academic and athletic career at Drury University. A Jenison High School graduate, Bartz earned four All-Conference selections and at least two All-State honors during her prep career, along with Dream Team recognition in 2020. She helped Jenison reach the state semifinals in 2018, capture a state championship in 2019 and finish as state runner-up in 2020. At Drury, Bartz earned GLVC All-Conference Honorable Mention recognition in 2022 before the university discontinued its bowling program. She has bowled since age four and also played softball for 12 years. Bartz earned undergraduate degrees in Psychology, Criminology and Spanish and chose Aquinas for its Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program and the opportunity to continue her bowling career. Away from the lanes, she works as a behavioral paraprofessional at the Jenison Early Childhood Center, supporting children with behavioral, emotional and social-emotional challenges.
