Junior (2018)
• Opened at the 5,000-meter Calvin Knight Invitational (Sept. 8), crossing at 53rd in 19:27.
Sophomore (2017)
• Ran to a 40th-place finish in a time of 20:25 to help the Saints win their 4th straight WHAC Championships at Riverside Park • Finished 171st with a time of 22:00 in the 5,000-meter event at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (Oct. 21) at Riverside Park • Placed 66th out of 188 at the MCC Jayhawk Invitational (Oct. 13), crossing the finish line in 20:27 • Placed 73rd out of 203 at the Bethel College Invitational (Oct. 6), crossing the finish line in 20:16 • Opened at the 5,000-meter Calvin Knight Invitational (Sept. 9), crossing 143rd in 21:18
Freshman (2016)
• Ran to a 19th-place finish in 19:43 to help the Saints win the WHAC Championships at Riverside Park. • Finished 81st with a time of 20:10 in the 8,000-meter event at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (Oct. 22) at Riverside Park.• Placed 28th out of 165 at the Bethel College Invitational (Oct. 7), crossing the finish line in 19:23. • Ran a 19:36 to finish in 5th place at the GRCC Raider Invitational (Sept. 23).• Made her Aquinas debut at the 5,000-meter UW-Parkside Midwest Open (Sept. 10), crossing 56th in 20:16
High School: Ran for South Christian High School under Coach Steve Winkle for cross country and Coach Eric Grimm for track. Ran at state for three seasons of cross country and her senior season of track in the 3200m race. Her personal best in cross country was her senior season PR of 19:11. Her personal best in the 3200m track event was 11:44, also her senior season. She received OK Gold all-conference awards four years in cross country.
Personal: Daughter of Gail and Thomas Schwartz. Sister of Megan Schwartz. Majoring in Developmental Psychology, looking to go into Occupational Therapy. Enjoys traveling, volunteering at H.U.G.S therapeutic horseback riding ranch, and spending time with friends and family.
