Biography
Cadence Schultz
Kentwood, Michigan, native Cadence Schultz is a junior at Aquinas double-majoring in Health Science and Spanish. A 2023 graduate of East Kentwood High School, Schultz’s versatile athletic background includes 13 years of running, varsity cross country and track throughout high school, and over a decade of travel hockey and soccer. Her honors include All-Conference and All-Region accolades, multiple OK Red team and relay titles, and two Tier 2 MAHA state hockey championships. At Aquinas, she has already helped the Saints earn back-to-back WHAC titles in the 4x800 relay (2024, 2025) and collected All-American honors in 2025 with a seventh-place national finish. Schultz chose AQ for its proximity to home and the chance to compete at a high level on the track team. Beyond running, she enjoys reflecting on her years in hockey and soccer.
