While attending Aquinas College, Alexis was a 12-time All-American and two-time National Champion. Alexis holds the school record in the indoor mile (4:56) and cross country 5k record (17:37). Alexis was a part of 11 different team trips to nationals.

Currently, Alexis is a personal trainer and fascial stretch therapist at the Grand Rapids Institute of Performance (GRIP). Alexis has a passion to help others grow in their performance goals. Alexis is a NASM certified personal trainer and Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapist. Alexis completed four internships while pursuing an Exercise Science Undergraduate Degree. Alexis interned at GRIP two times, 8th Day CrossFit Gym, and Good Life Physical Therapy & Sports Performance.

Alexis is excited to be back on board with the Saints this fall. Alexis will serve as a graduate assistant coach while obtaining a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Alexis is passionate about healing and overcoming barriers while creating mind and body connections. Alexis stated, “My goal is to help our athletes improve their running performance and gain confidence in the weight room along the way”.
