2026 Women's Cross Country Roster
Biography
Ella Koons returns for her senior season as one of the leaders of the Aquinas Cross Country and Track & Field programs. Throughout her collegiate career, Koons has played an important role in one of the nation's premier distance programs, consistently contributing to the Saints' success at both the conference and national levels.
Ella noted that her previous biography remains accurate, with one important correction: she competes in both Cross Country and Track & Field, and her biography should reflect participation in both programs. Her leadership, consistency, and dedication have helped establish Aquinas as one of the NAIA's elite distance teams.
As she enters her final season in Maroon and White, Koons remains focused on helping the Saints pursue conference and national championships while leaving a lasting legacy within the program.
