Emma Monroe
Battle Creek, Michigan, native Emma Monroe is a sophomore at Aquinas, majoring in Child Life with a minor in Developmental Psychology. A versatile athlete, she competed in softball, basketball, volleyball, cross country, and track, while also earning Academic All-Conference honors and a captain’s award in high school. Monroe helped lead her I-8 conference team to back-to-back track championships in 2023 and 2024. Though she began running only as a junior, she quickly developed a passion for the sport and looks forward to creating lifelong friendships through cross country and track at AQ. She chose Aquinas for its location, environment, and supportive community, and she hopes to combine her academic goals with her love for working with children.
