Biography
Freshman (2017)
• Ran to a 36th-place finish in a time of 20:07 to help the Saints win their 4th straight WHAC Championships at Riverside Park • Finished 89th with a time of 20:16 in the 5,000-meter event at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (Oct. 21) at Riverside Park • Placed 69th out of 203 at the Bethel College Invitational (Oct. 6), crossing the finish line in 20:14 • Placed 47th out of 171 in a time of 19:37 at the Greater Louisville Classic• Made her Aquinas debut at the 5,000-meter Calvin Knight Invitational (Sept. 9), crossing 46th in 19:31
High School: Prepped at Northview High School under head cross country coach John Wojciakowski. Earned 2016 all-conference honors in the OK White Conference and division one academic all-state in 2016. Ran track sophmore and junior year under head coach Jackie Greene and freshman and senior year under head coach Dion Charity. Part of the 4X800 relay team that holds the school record. Also was a member of the varsity swim team freshman year and member of the color guard freshman through senior year. Was a member of the National Honor Society, Peer Listeners Club, and founder and Co-Editor in Chief of the school newspaper.
Personal: Daughter of Jennifer and Joseph Fitzgerald. Sister to Connor and Kathleen Fitzgerald. Is undecided in her major. Enjoys traveling, reading, movies, and spending time with family.
