Senior (2017)

• Placed 136th at the NAIA National Championships (Nov. 18) with a time of 19:22 at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Vancouver, Washington.  • Ran to a 25th-place finish in a time of 19:41 to help the Saints win their 4th straight WHAC Championships at Riverside Park • Finished 42nd with a time of 19:28 in the 5,000-meter event at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (Oct. 21) at Riverside Park • Placed 34th out of 203 at the Bethel College Invitational (Oct. 6), crossing the finish line in 19:34 • Placed 72nd out of 171 in a time of 19:58 at the Greater Louisville Classic• Opened at the 5,000-meter Calvin Knight Invitational (Sept. 9), crossing at 49th in 19:38

Junior (2016)

• Ran to a 61st-place finish in 21:17 to help the Saints win the WHAC Championships at Riverside Park. • Finished 135th with a time of 20:49 in the 8,000-meter event at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (Oct. 22) at Riverside Park. •  Placed 69th out of 165 at the Bethel College Invitational (Oct. 7), crossing the finish line in 20:25. •  Ran a 21:01 to finish in 36th place at the GRCC Raider Invitational (Sept. 23). • Opened the season at the 5,000-meter UW-Parkside Midwest Open (Sept. 10), crossing 99th in 21:39

• Ran to a 60th-place finish in 21:31 at the 2014 WHAC Championships (Nov. 8) at Riverside Park.• Finished 238th with a time of 22:24 in the 5,000-meter event at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (Oct. 25) at GraceWil Golf Course. • Ran a 20:59 at the Bethel College Invitational (Oct. 10) at St. Patricks Park to place 69th. • Finished 56th at the Lansing Community College Invitational (Oct. 3) contested at Grand Woods Park, finishing with a time of 20:51. • Made her Aquinas debut at the 5,000-meter Calvin Knight Invitational (Sept. 13), crossing 148th in 21:30.

High School: Prepped at Grand Rapids Catholic Central High School under coaches Kelly Schipper, Jessica Malecki, and Jackson Fox. Team Captain of the Cougar squad both her junior and senior seasons. Earned honorable mention all-conference for the OK Gold Conference Junior and Senior seasons.  Leadership award junior year and MVP award senior year. Was on the academic honor roll all 4 years. Also played freshman and junior varsity basketball, freshman volleyball, varsity softball, and ran track.  

Personal: Daughter of Fred and Jennifer McWain. Sister to Chelsea and Christopher McWain.  Majoring in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resources. Enjoys painting, cooking, hiking, traveling, camping, ice skating, and spending time with her friends and family.
