• Ran to a 27th-place finish in 19:56 to help the Saints win the WHAC Championships at Riverside Park. • Finished 64th with a time of 19:51 in the 8,000-meter event at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (Oct. 22) at Riverside Park. • Placed 35th out of 165 at the Bethel College Invitational (Oct. 7), crossing the finish line in 19:33. • Ran a 19:50 to finish in 11th place at the GRCC Raider Invitational (Sept. 23).• Made her Aquinas debut at the 5,000-meter UW-Parkside Midwest Open (Sept. 10), crossing 53rd in 20:14
High School: Prepped at Thornapple Kellogg High School under head cross country coach Tammy Benjamin. Ran cross country junior and senior year. Team captain of the Trojan squad during her senior season. Earned all-conference honors four times in the OK Gold Conference. All-state and academic all-state selection. Ran track under head coach Abby Kanitz. All-state and academic all-state for division two. Also played JV volleyball freshmen and sophomore year.
Personal: Daughter of Ken Adgate and Ginger Brunink. Majoring in Business Administration. Enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
