Biography
Lucy Hanley (Lu-cy Han-leey)
Lucy Hanley, from Rockford, Michigan, is majoring in Psychology and brings a background in basketball (9 years) and dance (3 years) to the Saints. Her competitive edge and dedication translate seamlessly into rugby, where she continues to develop as a student-athlete. “Aquinas really feels like home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot,” Hanley said. Her goal is to keep improving both academically and athletically — “to push myself to get better at not just rugby but school as well.” Outside of rugby, Lucy enjoys reading and listening to music; her favorite artist is Laufey (lae-vey). A fun fact: she was born in Germany.
