Aquinas College

Lydia Henry, from Milford, Michigan, joins the Aquinas swim program from Lakeland High School. A Health Sciences major, she’s a four-year varsity swimmer, club competitor with the Hurricane Penguins, and a four-time track athlete. Henry’s accolades include the Workhorse Award, The Eagle Award, All-State Academic, Lakes Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete, and multiple conference titles with county runner-up finishes. She chose Aquinas because of its inviting team atmosphere and beautiful campus. Lydia aims to balance success in both academics and athletics while forming lifelong friendships with her teammates. Away from swimming, she enjoys waterskiing — something she’s been doing since she was just 18 months old.
