Aquinas College

Ada, Michigan, native Anna Tubbergen is studying Applied Exercise Science with a Business minor. A 2023 graduate of Northpointe Christian High School, she built a strong athletic résumé in both cross country and basketball. At NPC, she was a three-time All-Conference Honorable Mention, an All-Conference selection, and named Mustang Female Athlete of the Year. Continuing her career at Grand Rapids Community College, Tubbergen was a dual-sport athlete who twice earned Coaches Association All-American honors and twice received All-MCCAA awards, while helping her team to a fifth-place finish at the 2024 XC Nationals and setting a school record for fastest combined 5k team time. She chose Aquinas because she felt called by God to join a community that allows her to pursue her education and continue competing in the sports she loves. Tubbergen has been competing for over 10 years and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
