Kennadie Minerich joined the Aquinas Athletic Department as the Sports Information Director (SID) in 2026, after previously serving as the Athletic Communications Graduate Assistant beginning in August of 2024. Minerich originally came to Aquinas in 2020 as a student-athlete and earned her undergraduate degree before joining the athletic department in 2022 as a student worker.
In her role as SID, Minerich oversees all athletic communications for Aquinas, including managing the AQSaints website, athletic social media accounts for all 30 varsity programs, live statistics, game day operations, live streaming, and athletic photography. She also serves as the primary liaison between Aquinas athletics and local media outlets. Minerich is the primary contact for several programs, including women’s volleyball, women’s basketball, and men’s and women’s lacrosse.
Minerich earned her Master of Management degree from Aquinas College in December of 2026. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art and Business Administration. During her undergraduate career, she worked across campus in the Registrar’s Office, President’s Office, and Provost’s Office, while also gaining professional experience taking statistics for the Grand Rapids Gold basketball team.
Originally from Colorado, Minerich was recruited to play lacrosse at Aquinas and quickly fell in love with Michigan. Outside of athletics, she enjoys doing puzzles, watching movies, and seeking out new adventures.
