Crum got things going with her first goal 45 seconds into the second half. Running into the box she lifted a front-post glancing header into the net off a cross from from the wing by senior
Brittney Carter. Two minutes later,
Katelyn Kahael setup a Shenk goal from the middle of the box. Crum then capped the scoring outburst in the 53rd minute with a dipping free kick that went up and over the wall from roughly 20 yards out.
In the 73rd minute, Crum finished off her hat trick on a ball not completely corralled by the SHU goalkeeper. Shenk poked the ball free for Crum to finish into a wide-open net. It was Crum's 71st career goal. She is now three goals shy of tying the WHAC all-time career goals record of 74 set by UNOH's Camilla Anderson (2015-17).
