Kansas City, Mo. — The Natioanl Association of Intercolligiate Athletics have recently announced this year's All-American Teams on Monday (Dec. 16). After a historic season of play, the No. 5-rated Saints bolster two student-athletes to the All-American Teams. The voting process for the All-American Teams is conducted by the NAIA All-American Commitee and consists of NAIA women's soccer coaches associate officers and seven additional women's soccer coaches.

The Saints finished off their season as 17-1-2 (11-0-1), out scoring opponents 87-9 and out shooting them 568-104. Individually, Lichtensteiger tallied 17 goals and 16 assists for a total of 50 points. The Canadian native also earned the WHAC Midfielder of the Year award, while also being named a USC All-American.

Shuk held it down in the net for AQ as she started and played in all 20 matches for a total of 1,820 game minutes. Only nine goals managed to surpass Shuk's prowess, three of which occurred in the National tournament. Meaning that prior to the national tournament, Shuk and the Saints kept opponents to just six total goals within 18 contests. In total, Shuk has a staggering .839 save rating for the entire season.

Shuk will be back in action next season for her senior year as a Saint, while Lichtensteiger has finished her time in maroon and white as this was her senior year.
