Grand Rapids, Mich. — The Aquinas College Valorant team wrapped up its regular season play with a match against Indiana Tech held on Thursday (3/27), giving the team an 8th-place finish in the conference. The Saints season did not end there as they then competed in the first round of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Tournament Play-In on Saturday (Mar. 29) against Defiance. 

Indiana Tech 2, Aquinas 0

The Saints stood against the esteemed Warriors of IT as the contest began. Both teams trading blows, earning key rounds for themselves. Aquinas managed to keep it close but was unable to hold out in the end as Indiana Tech took the first round 13-9. Round two saw a similar result, but the Warriors routed AQ's attempts at redemption as this leg concluded 13-7. Giving IT the overall 2-0 win.
