Austin Alcumbrack brings strong academic achievement and steady development to Aquinas Baseball. An Academic All-State selection and All-Conference Honorable Mention honoree, Alcumbrack helped lead his high school program to a district championship and a regional finals appearance. He spent three years on varsity and has played the sport for 13 years, while also competing in basketball for two seasons. His travel experience includes time with Rockford Baseball Academy (RBA), Diamonds Baseball, and Elite Baseball.

Alcumbrack is most excited about building a true “family” environment with his teammates while living out a lifelong dream of playing college baseball. He defines success at Aquinas as embracing new experiences alongside teammates who are navigating the same journey, while taking advantage of every opportunity available to him.

Fun fact: his favorite movie of all time is Cars — and he still watches it to this day.
