Aquinas College

Dominic Dumitrescu comes to Aquinas after a successful career at Rochester Adams High School. A two-time Academic All-Region honoree and recipient of the Brown and Gold Award, Dumitrescu helped his teams capture two conference championships, a district title, and a regional championship while also finishing as a state runner-up.

Dumitrescu has played baseball for 13 years, including two seasons at the varsity level, and continued his development with Premier Baseball Michigan during the summer.

He is excited about the opportunity to meet new people at Aquinas and build relationships that can help guide him throughout his life. Dumitrescu believes working hard and taking advantage of the resources available at AQ will be central to a successful college experience.

Outside of baseball, his favorite movie is Inglourious Basterds.
