Aquinas College

Domenico Fortuna enters his sophomore year with Aquinas Baseball following a decorated career at Elk Rapids High School. A Sociology major, Fortuna earned First Team and Second Team All-State recognition during his prep career along with All-Conference, All-Region and All-District honors. He helped Elk Rapids capture a district championship in 2025 and brings approximately 15 years of baseball experience to the Saints after four varsity seasons and travel competition with Michigan Premier North. Fortuna also competed in hockey and football during high school. He chose Aquinas because of the genuine interest the College showed in him throughout the recruiting process and is excited to continue growing alongside his teammates as a student, baseball player and person. He defines success through hard work, focus and avoiding distractions. Away from baseball, Fortuna enjoys golfing, skiing, spending time on the lake, hiking, skating, fishing and hunting.
