Emma Dale brings a unique multi-sport background and elite-level competitive experience to Aquinas Women’s Lacrosse. A former standout in both swimming and water polo, Dale helped the Aquinas Women’s Swim Team set five school records (50, 100, and 200 Breaststroke; 200 and 400 Medley Relay) and earned Academic All-American honors in swimming and water polo.

At Hudsonville High School, she was an honors student and multi-year varsity athlete in swimming and water polo, earning All-State Honorable Mention and First Team All-Region recognition in 2024. Her water polo teams captured multiple district, regional, and state championships, including three consecutive state titles and a runner-up finish in 2024.

Dale chose Aquinas for its welcoming environment and beautiful campus. She defines success through hard work and dedication, and brings strong discipline from years of high-level competition. Outside of athletics, she plays four musical instruments.
