Aquinas College

Jacob Taylor arrives at Aquinas as a highly accomplished multi-sport student-athlete. A four-time Academic All-State selection in baseball, football, and hockey, Taylor also earned All-Conference Honorable Mention recognition in baseball while helping Schoolcraft capture a regional championship. He was also part of a football program that reached the MHSAA State Finals and State Semifinals during his prep career.

Taylor has played baseball for 14 years, hockey for 10 years, and football for 12 years, while competing for travel baseball organizations including BC Shamrocks, B45 Michigan, and Around the Horn Stampede.

He chose Aquinas for the opportunity to continue playing baseball while preparing for a career in physical therapy. Taylor defines success as earning his degree while competing in the sport he loves.

A unique distinction: he currently ranks second all-time in MHSAA history for career hit-by-pitches.
