Sophia Davis brings competitive experience and multi-sport versatility to Aquinas. She played two years of junior varsity and two years of varsity lacrosse, while also competing in Team One 7v7 summer and winter leagues from 2022–2025. In addition to lacrosse, Davis participated in basketball, softball, and track throughout her youth athletic career. She earned Varsity MVP honors during her high school career.

Davis chose Aquinas for its beautiful, close-knit campus environment — close enough to home, yet offering a fresh start. She is excited to continue her lacrosse career at the collegiate level while pursuing her passion for Elementary Education and preparing to teach future generations.

She defines success as earning her degree while embracing new opportunities and challenges. Outside of lacrosse, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, doing hair and nails, shopping, attending concerts, and listening to country and R&B music — especially SZA. Her favorite movie is Pitch Perfect.
