High School: Attended East Kentwood High School where he played club lacrosse for two years and varsity lacrosse his senior season. Was a 3 year captain, and senior year was named All- Conference. Was also awarded Team Defensive MVP senior year. Played club lacrosse through PowerPlay Zeeland and True Zeeland.

Personal: Majoring in Business/Sport Management. Son of Eric and Cheri Kleynenberg. Loves playing lacrosse and hanging out with the boys on and off the field
