Sammy Jacobs
Graduate student Sammy Jacobs, from Lansing, Michigan, is pursuing his Master’s in Management after earning his Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Sports Management with a concentration in Marketing at Aquinas. A decorated scholar-athlete, Jacobs was named an Academic All-American (2024–25) and has been a key leader for the Saints both on and off the court. A product of Lansing Catholic High School, he’s also part of the Aquinas Spikeball Club and comes from a long AQ lineage — his parents and sister are alumni, and his brother is currently enrolled. Sammy takes pride in the family-like culture that defines Aquinas, saying that’s what truly drew him here. His goals include winning championships, beating Cornerstone, and enjoying every moment of his final season. Fun facts: he’s a professional Spikeball player, one of the top Mario Kart players in the world, and enjoys Morgan Wallen and NBA YoungBoy.
