Aquinas College

Freshman Dylan Sedlak joins the Aquinas men's hockey program from Chesapeake, Virginia, while pursuing a degree in environmental science. A graduate of Elite Hockey School, Sedlak was named his high school team's Most Valuable Player during his senior season and brings championship experience after helping the Hampton Roads Whalers capture a division title in 2025-26. He also contributed to Triad High School conference championships in 2018-19 and 2019-20.

Sedlak has played hockey for 14 years, including four varsity seasons, and competed with the Hampton Roads Whalers Elite and Premier programs from 2023-26.

He chose Aquinas for the opportunity to continue playing hockey while receiving a quality education. Dylan hopes to graduate with his degree, help the Saints win a championship and make the most of the academic resources and new friendships available to him.

Away from the rink, Dylan is of Hawaiian and Japanese heritage, grew up in an Air Force family, has traveled throughout the world and enjoys attending concerts.
