Aquinas College

Gabe Meendering is from Sparta, Michigan, and is majoring in exercise science. Meendering brings leadership and consistency to the Aquinas hockey program after earning all-conference honors, serving as a team captain, and achieving academic all-state recognition. He was part of teams that captured back-to-back conference championships, regional titles, and a Final Four appearance. Meendering has played hockey for 10 years, including three seasons at the varsity level, and also competed in varsity golf. His development included time with the West Kent Hawks, West Michigan Varsity, and BRPD Iceman split-season teams. He is excited to build strong relationships with teammates, coaches, and classmates while helping elevate those around him. Outside of hockey, he enjoys golfing, camping, boating, and working out.
