Biography
Austin Hare joins Aquinas Men's Hockey following a successful career at Freeland High School. A three-year varsity hockey player, Hare earned Defensive Player of the Year recognition and was part of an FNV Griffins team that captured a regional championship. He also competed in travel hockey with the Saginaw Jr. Spirit.
Hare chose Aquinas because it immediately felt like home and gave him confidence that he could accomplish great things as a Saint. He defines success as making new friends, exploring new opportunities and growing through his collegiate experience.
Away from hockey, Hare enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time outdoors.
