Biography

Braeden Williams brings high-level accolades and championship experience to Aquinas Men’s Lacrosse. A two-time All-State honoree who also earned All-Conference and All-Region recognition and served as a team captain, Williams helped lead his high school program to a 2021 State Championship Runner-Up finish.

He continued adding to his résumé at Aquinas, earning Second Team All-Conference honors during the 2026 season. Williams has played lacrosse for eight years and competed with Omnia Lacrosse Club. He chose Aquinas for the strong atmosphere and culture surrounding the program and defines success through the friendships and lasting memories he builds during his time at AQ.

Fun fact: he was born in South Korea.
